Physical AI, made real

Robot hardware, AI, and a cloud runtime — all designed in-house and connected into one platform, so a task built once scales across more robots and more sites.

PHYSICAL AI PLATFORM

Beyond demos, into repeatable operations

Physical AI has advanced quickly, yet in the field most deployments still stop at single-task demos. MOTOMIND builds the hardware, the AI, and the software in one team, so demos turn into repeatable day-to-day operations.

Hardware Platform

Instead of building hardware from scratch, customers start from robot hardware we design in-house — cutting development cost and time.

Cloud VLA Intelligence

No need to build robot AI from the ground up: core AI capabilities are available directly through APIs and SDKs.

Common SDK

A task built once moves to other robots and sites as-is through a Python SDK, ROS2, and a common API.

Robotics × AI × Software
Robot Hardware

From the MILLY arm for validation and fast iteration to the BELLO humanoid for industrial deployment — actuators and structures designed and built in-house.

Learning Flywheel

A loop of data collection, policy training, simulation validation, and redeployment that turns field experience back into learning.

Cloud Runtime · SDK

A shared AI Runtime handles inference and planning while each robot's edge handles real-time control — deployed across robots and sites through a common SDK.

BELLO SHOWCASE

BELLO, a humanoid built for industrial deployment

LOW REDUCTION · HIGH TORQUE · LOWER BOM. Low-reduction, high-torque actuators and an endoskeleton structure keep cost down, while whole-body control and bipedal walking widen the work envelope.

PRODUCTS

A staged hardware platform

From an AI robot arm for R&D, to BELLO mini for field validation, to BELLO for industrial operation. Every product runs on the same AI Driver and common SDK, so a task built on one carries over to the next.

TECHNOLOGY

We build the body, teach the motion, and share the intelligence

From actuators to the edge board, the learning pipeline, and the shared runtime — every layer is developed in-house. A human demonstration becomes a robot task, and a task one robot has learned carries over to other robots and sites.

  1. 01

    Robot Hardware

Low-reduction, high-torque actuators and an endoskeleton structure. The same modules are reused from the MILLY arm to the BELLO humanoid.

  2. 02

    AI Driver

A common edge layer that integrates motor drivers, IMU, a real-time MCU, and CAN onto a single Jetson carrier board.

  3. 03

    Learning

Teleoperated demonstrations are collected as data, retargeted onto the robot's body, verified in simulation, then executed on the real robot.

  4. 04

    Runtime · SDK

A shared AI Runtime handles inference and planning while each robot's edge handles real-time control. A common SDK deploys tasks across robots.

Seoul Metro Takes Top Spot for 'Citizen-Selected Innovative Tech'... Hyundai Motor & Boston Dynamics Place Second

On the 8th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it selected 10 companies and institutions presenting innovative technologies at the 'SLW 2026 Citizen Innovation Awards' ceremony held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu. The Citizen Innovation Awards honor technologies that citizens directly experience and evaluate based on their practical usefulness in daily life. Introduced last year, the awards expanded this year to incorporate evaluations from domestic and overseas buyers, reflecting overall market competitiveness. This year's winners were chosen from 164 participating companies based on a combined score from approximately 8,300 on-site visitor votes (50%), a 20-member Seoul Citizen Press Corps (20%), and 30 domestic and international buyers (30%).

Previewing Everyday AI at Smart Life Week

Motomind's humanoid robot, 'BELLO Mini,' weighs around 40 kg yet can lift up to 30 kg—nearly 80% of its own body weight. CEO Eom Ki-young focused heavily on this capability because, for a robot to pull its weight on the factory floor, it must be able to handle the heavy tasks traditionally performed by humans. Initially, the team built a larger robot; however, after developers noted that a fall required several people to handle, Eom reduced the robot's size to a weight manageable by a single person while maintaining its lifting power. Founded this past February, Motomind created everything—from BELLO Mini's physical frame to its motion-learning AI—with a single in-house team, enabling them to complete development in just about a month and a half.
